March 4, 2008--PSS is pleased to announce its acquisition of Braintrust Professional Services. Braintrust was a wholly owned subsidiary of MedApps, Inc., based in Scottsdale, AZ.
Does this acquisition affect any of the projects we already have underway with Braintrust?
We won't skip a beat. All Braintrust developers have joined PSS and will continue working with you as before. PSS will honor all existing contracts in their current form. We'll continue to manage our deliverables so you get them on time and within budget.
Does this affect any of the current proposals we have from Braintrust?
All Braintrust proposals you may be considering -assuming they haven't expired- will be honored and supported by PSS going forward. All of the people who created those proposals have joined PSS, so you won't lose any continuity should you accept our proposal and ask us to begin work on any project.

PSS has now expanded its development team with the addition of some very talented engineers from Braintrust.
